Our Client is Australia's largest integrated of import and export logistics services. As the Customs Broker you will be reporting to the Customs Manager based at their brand new offices in Moorebank. this is a permanent full time role with an immediate start.

**Your new role**
- Lodging customs declarations for allocated clients with strong attention to detail.
- Prepare, check and lodge Customs entries accurately in a timely manner.
- Ensure smooth and efficient flow of work relating to customs jobs, follow company SOP and policy and meet KPI's.
- Handle all other Customs functions such as auditing, refund, drawback, TA and TC etc
- Maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers and ensure client satisfaction.
- Attend to client’s Quarantine query and provide professional advice and assistance
- Provide guidance to classifier/compliers.
- Follow up with quarantine and import food processing when required

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Current Customs Broker license and quarantine accreditation
- Previous experience in Expedient system is preferred but not compulsory
- Excellent computer skills
- strong attention to details as well as excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
