**About the role**:
NAPA is recruiting for 2 x Admin Coordinators, with flexible hours to Support Full-Time or Part-Time (3 days per week) hours. This opportunity will be ideal for someone who loves to make an amazing first impression and leave a lasting, memorable impression. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking to add 2 x Admin Coordinators in our Paediatric therapy clinic located at Forest Hill. The working day is always occupied but it's filled with lots of beautiful children and meaningful work. The key tasks include:

- Having a positive, person-centred attitude.
- Providing administrative support to customers by answering queries,
- Taking payments & reconciling accounts,
- Scheduling and rearranging appointments (through the online medical system) making certificates and
- Obviously handing out stickers when required

**Description**:
**In this role you would be responsible for**:

- Assisting in greeting all visitors to the therapy clinic creating a great first impression.
- Answering and directing phone calls queries.
- Rostering and rescheduling customer meetings and appointments.
- Developing rapport with the children and families to build a relationship of trust and mutual respect.
- Ensuring all daily and intensive therapy appointments are checked in, invoiced and all necessary paperwork correctly processed.
- Reconciliation of customer accounts and payments, including follow up of accounts and collection.
- Processing NDIS Claims and Service Bookings
- Processing Patient Intake Forms and relevant T&Cs.
- Provide input into the development of administrative practices and procedures and find ways to improve processes.
- Other general reports and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

**Skills and Experiences**:

- A friendly, person with the ability to develop positive relationships with our customers as well as our team.
- A proactive person with a high level of administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Superior time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- Previous administration experience (medical reception desirable).
- The ability to work independently unsupervised and as part of a team.
- A Working With Children Check WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
- A NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
