Join the Shadforth team helping to coordinate services and requests for our Light Vehicle Fleet. In this role, you’ll be working alongside the Workshop Team, reporting to the Workshop Manager. Join a leading family-owned civil contractor known for its supportive work environment and strong company culture.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinating services of Company Vehicles (routine and ad hoc), organising and liaising with LV Team of vehicle services required
- Provide high level of administrative support, word processing, document preparation (weekly reports), information collation and spreadsheet management (high volume of data entry in MS Excel)
- Maintaining accurate records of electronic filing structures and systems

**About you**
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Ability to provide proof of Eligibility to Work in Australia
- Hold a current **manual** Drivers licence with reliable transport
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in a similar role involving facilitating vehicle servicing will be highly regarded
