About the Role

The Engineering Admin Support Officer provide high performing administrative support services to Estates to enable high quality document control, meeting minutes, project support including compilation of evidence documents and report writing while providing operational excellence, patient and customer focused service delivery and innovation.

About You

As the Engineering Admin Support Officer you will thrive in a fast-paced, constant changing environment. You will have the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise a busy workload while maintaining composure and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
Significant experience in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem solving skills of a high standard
Organisational skills of an extremely high standard
Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Minimum Year 10 English or equivalent.

This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes a national police check as an essential selection component for this role.
