**About the role**

The Vehicle and Traffic Management Service ((VTMS) ensures that traffic flow and parking equipment is managed at Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH), as part of our vision to create Australia’s leading Healthcare Environment. We maintain a highly visible presence, engage with individuals, parking systems and respond rapidly and professionally to incidents.

The Parking Officer at Fiona Stanley Hospital is primarily responsible for issuing parking infringements, car park equipment maintenance, responding to parking related incidents, and the replenishment of parking machines

**About you**

As the parking officer you will pride yourself on your ability to demonstrate sound customer service and problem-solving skills. Your exceptional time management skills will ensure you respond quickly to altering situations and display a systematic approach to your daily tasks.** **You are a respectful and professional person who demonstrates exceptional moral values in everything you do.

- Able to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Experience working within a Health Care Environment (desirable)
- Experience utilising hand-held devices, preferably PDA’s (desirable)
- This is a position of trust and responsibility and to support this we will conduct a thorough probity assessment, which includes a national police check as an essential selection component for this role._
