Are you passionate about using the arts to promote health and well-being? We're looking for a creative and community-focused individual to join our Health Promotion Team. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging performances, and workshops that inspire positive health outcomes.

Ballarat Community Health is a not-for-profit community health organisation that’s been creating healthy communities through the provision of accessible, affordable and quality health and wellbeing services for over 45 years.

We deliver a range of primary health, social care and community-based support to meet local community needs. We have approximately 300 staff, with seven (7) locations across Ballarat and the Western Region.

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Relevant qualifications and/or experience as described
- An understanding of in health promotion and/or community development
- Experience in developing and delivering activities and educational sessions
- Relevant training and experience in performing arts/drama and script writing
