As a Centre Director, you will lead our team and drive occupancy, manage rosters, fee collection, and centre administration. The role requires experience in operational management, budget control, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the operational performance of the centre.
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, team members, and the local community.
  • Maintain and review the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements.
  • Inspire and mentor educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

The successful applicant will be supported by an experienced senior management team. A diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education is required, along with proven leadership experience in a similar managerial role.
