Chief Learning Officer

The Education Leader is responsible for facilitating staff to enhance teaching and learning, which may involve demonstrating, collaborating, and mentoring colleagues.
They will lead and manage a significant area or function within the organization with a high degree of independence, ensuring the effective development, provision, and evaluation of the educational program.
- Leading and managing whole-organization improvement initiatives related to the strategic plan and priorities
- Developing and implementing curriculum plans and delivering professional development to staff
- Managing staff performance and development, as well as developing policies and practices related to assessment and reporting
- Leading the implementation of operational policies related to student welfare and discipline
Education Leaders are expected to contribute to the overall leadership and management of the organization, develop proposals for consideration, and manage the code of conduct.
This role requires a strong ability to lead, manage, and collaborate with colleagues, as well as a commitment to enhancing student learning outcomes.
