At Bis, we understand career development in the workplace. This part-time (4 days) position will enable you to deepen your recruitment/resourcing and leadership abilities as our (national) Resourcing Manager, liaising closely with our senior leadership team on resourcing strategies and improvements. You will also have the honour of managing a high-performing resourcing & mobilisation team located in both our Brisbane and Perth offices.

You will be involved in guiding your fellow resourcing team members on day-to-day operations; regular reviews and analysis of market conditions; advising talent pooling and workforce planning; data analysis and reporting and; assisting the discussions around annual remuneration reviews based on your market resourcing knowledge.

To enjoy and get the best out of this role you need the following:

- Prior experience within the resources, construction, mining and/or logistics industries;
- experience leading a blue-collar recruitment or related HR function and;
- experience collaborating with various internal stakeholders (i.e. senior leadership team) and external stakeholders to effectively and efficiently address recruitment requirements and improvements.

Last but not least, our office is based in Osborne Park with available parking, close to public transport and has an in-house gym, cafe and swimming pool available for use.
