We are extremely excited to begin our search for the next valued member to join an established and successful accounting practice, located in the beautiful suburb of Hawthorn. Close to public transport (Glenferrie Rd trams and Glenferrie Train Station) as well as off street casual parking.

We are looking for an experienced **Reception and Administrative Assistant** to take on our front office reception position.

**What this looks like**:

- Answering all incoming calls and redirecting to the relevant accountant or taking messages
- Meeting and greeting all clients attending the office
- Setting up and cleaning of meeting rooms, as well as serving tea and coffee to clients upon arrival
- Data entry into accounting systems such as Xero and Nimbus
- Arranging office related events and catering requirements
- Setting up for monthly team meetings
- Administrative support to the Operations Manager and admin team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Team orientated mindset
- Experience in similar roles being either or reception/administration/customer service
- A positive can do attitude

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
