We also deliver Allied Health services via telehealth to NDIS participants, including Counseling, Psychology, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, and Mental Health Social Work.

**About the Role**

We are seeking an organized and self-motivated **Payroll and Accounts Officer** to join our Finance team. In this role, you will assist with various payroll-related tasks while also supporting our Accounts Payable and Receivable teams with ad hoc duties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with payroll experience who is looking to expand their skills in bookkeeping and accounting.

You can work either full-time or part-time and will report directly to the Accounts Manager, with the office located in Dingley.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative and transactional support to the Finance team
- Resolve payroll errors and respond to payroll-related queries
- Calculate payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions
- Collect, calculate, and enter data to maintain accurate payroll records
- Develop ad hoc financial and operational reports as needed
- Provide administrative support to accounts receivable and payable functions
- Assist in general financial records management and analysis
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy in processing payroll changes and updates in each payroll cycle
- Collaborate with Human Resources to maintain up-to-date employee information

**About You**
- Proven experience in processing end-to-end payroll
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll data
- Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to manage high-volume transactions with precision
- Adaptability to learn new systems and processes
- Capable of working both autonomously and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn
