**Your role**:
**We’re looking for Digital Product Development Manager, your role will be to help our clients understand the impact of digital transformation, to advise them when developing their new digitally enabled business models and capabilities. With this impact understood, you will be delivering digitally enabled business outcomes using your skills in strategy development and digital product development.**

**This role is based in Sydney and Melbourne.**

**_In this role you will play a key role in: _**
- **Working across complex businesses on large scale systems transformations.**:

- **Experienced and confidence in working with leadership including CXO level**:

- **Creating initiatives to drive strategic value through journey mapping, user experience and human-centre design.**:

- **Being responsible for providing leadership, designing solutions, ensure quality outcomes and overseeing the development and execution of projects across a client’s portfolio
**Your profile**

**You’ll bring experience in transforming business through technology and transforming the way clients operate. Comfortable at working in a technology-driven environment, you will bring proven skills and experience in the following areas**:

- **Ability to lead and manage diverse multi-capability teams within the IT, business and digital realm**:

- **Demonstrated experience in cloud advisory and strategy, cloud operating model, cloud design modelling and digital workplace transformation design (O365)**:

- **Strong experience in IT Strategy, IT Operating Model, IT Service Management and Cost optimisation**:

- **Product and service development, agile delivery and coaching, digital business analysis and user centred design.**:

- **Strong experience in delivering large complex global transformation projects.**
