Full-time, permanent position, commencing November 2025.
All Hallows’ School, a Catholic Mercy school for girls from Years 5-12, is seeking to appoint a Business Process Integrator to join our community.
This position is part of the Business Operations Team, providing guidance, encouragement, and support to team members and the wider staff while assisting the school’s Leadership Team.
The Business Process Integrator is a successful professional and avid learner who demonstrates the ability to guide, influence and collaborate in achieving the school’s shared goals through streamlined processes and strong community engagement.
This role requires broad vision, initiative, perseverance, accountability, exceptional organisational skills, effective communication, and the capacity to foster cooperation and collegiality across the school.
Key Responsibilities
Review, design and implement new business processes, following the school’s change management process, to better support school processes.
Review of existing school business processes to ensure relevance and reliability, as well as managing the closing out of end-of-life processes.
Mentor and train other enterprise staff in the processes of the school’s systems ensuring a high level of support to wider school staff.
Act as an escalation point for major or complex issues relating to the use of the business processes
Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across departments to understand current processes and identify integration opportunities.
Establish mechanisms for stakeholders to provide feedback during and after implementation, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with evolving needs.
Role Requirements
Hold and maintain a current Queensland Working with Children Clearance (Blue Card).
Have approval to work in Australia.
Have or maintain the appropriate clearances, qualifications or registrations required to perform the inherent functions of the role.
Tertiary qualification in Business or a similar area.
A commitment to the values and ethos of Catholic education in the Mercy tradition.
