Are you a passionate leader with experience in Fresh Produce departments? Romeo's Retail Group is looking for experienced Fresh Produce Team Leader and Assistant to join our growing team at our Rostrevor location.

What You'll Bring:

We're seeking hands-on leaders ready to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Fresh Produce department while delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have:


• Previous experience in Fresh Produce departments within a retail environment


• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills


• Expertise in stock management, merchandising, and maintaining high presentation standards


• A proactive attitude with excellent organisational abilities


• Flexibility to work across various shifts
