**About the role**

As the Platform Delivery Manager - Digital Platform, you will orchestrate the collective delivery activity within the Digital Platform and take responsibility for managing work, pipeline planning and delivery across Squads. This role performs all the change related responsibilities for the Digital Platform.

The Platform Delivery Manager will work closely with the Platform Lead to plan for and deliver outcomes and manage the backlog at Platform level. They work with Platform Product Owners to prioritise and refine backlogs into meaningful objectives to drive high performance and co-ordinate interdependencies between Squads.

**What you'll do**
- Co-ordinate delivery across squads in a platform and ensure outcomes are delivered
- Maintain roadmap and quarterly planning and support work breakdown and delivery planning
- Ensure operational needs are understood and prioritised appropriately
- Establish metric/performance reporting and track performance
- Proactively engage operations teams to resolve incidents, problems, or poor performance
- Being available on an on-call basis based on a roster and/or supporting critical incidents after hours

**What you'll bring**
- 5+ years in Technology in a comparable leadership role
- 5+ years project management experience across a diverse range of technical domains
- Excellent knowledge of IT service principles including ITIL, process tools (ServiceNow) and frameworks
- Good knowledge of Partner and Service Level Management processes
- Previous experience in leading teams in a distributed model
