As a Platform Technology Manager, you'll lead the technical direction and performance of platform systems across Suncorp. You'll work closely with cross-functional squads, senior stakeholders, and technology leaders to ensure solutions are aligned with strategic goals and built within architectural guardrails. This is a leadership role where you'll influence outcomes, drive innovation, and support a collaborative, inclusive culture.

This role offers strong career progression opportunities within Technology & Transformation, with exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives and senior leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Lead technical decision-making and ensure solutions align with platform strategy and risk appetite
  • Collaborate with Platform Leads and Practice Leads to navigate architectural guardrails and approvals
  • Provide technical thought leadership across platforms, tribes, and T&T domains
  • Monitor platform performance and guide the roadmap for platform-owned assets
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence strategic direction
  • Support a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in platform or enterprise technology leadership roles (5–10 years)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  • Expertise in platform architecture, application performance, and strategic delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in dynamic, fast-evolving environments
  • Advanced communication and analytical skills
  • Experience with change management and customer-focused delivery
