You will work alongside the wider Accounts Payable team to ensure timely payment and credit of Invoices. This role will see working with a team of professionals, is full time (38 hours per week) and comes with plenty of team incentives.

**The role;**
- Ensuring that accounts and invoices are paid before or in line with credit terms
- Processing of creditor invoices in accordance with appropriate creditor payment terms
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Running daily/weekly/monthly payable reports
- Reconciliation of vendor statements against internal data systems
- Assisting to monitor shared accounts inbox
- Other general administrative tasks as required by the Finance Manager

**Does this sound like you?**
- 1+ year Accounts Payable experience.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Net Suite experience highly regarded.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and deliver on-time.
