**Position Overview**:
Mini Masterminds is looking for a dynamic **Enrolments Advisor** You'll be the cornerstone in fostering robust relationships with centre directors within your portfolio. **Your role?** To enhance daily operations across multiple centres by streamlining the enrolment process. **Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in account management, customer service highly desirable.
- Previous experience in childcare enrolments or a similar role is highly desirable, but not necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of early childhood education regulations and compliance (preferable).
- Familiarity with childcare management software is a plus.
