This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Coordinator looking for that next step into an advisory role or a hungry HR graduate who is ready to sink their teeth into a generalist role. Join a global leader of tailored accommodation solutions & work directly with a fantastic HR Director in establishing the HR function, processes & procedures.

Based in North Ryde (with hybrid flexibility), in this role you will receive direct mentorship from an established HR leader & give you exposure across the employee lifecycle, recruitment, ER case management, systems implementation and other exciting HR projects. This role would be ideal for an individual seeking flexibility around school hours, part time, full time or job sharing partners.

**About the Role**:
You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:

- Support the Head of HR to deliver the People strategy across the business.
- Management of low-level performance and ER cases, with support from Head of HR where appropriate.
- Managing complete onboarding and recruitment activity.
- Managing ongoing implementation of a new HRIS system, ELMO.
- Ensure all HR Admin is processed, including changes to terms and conditions, parental leave, probation, HR inbox queries, HR invoicing, HR reporting and metrics etc.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will bring:

- Previous HR Coordination experience - with an interest in expanding your HR toolkit with a passion to learn & develop.
- An eager & passionate HR Graduate seeking your first role in HR.
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
- Be a systems superuser with excellent skills across the Microsoft Suite.
- Strong Influencing and Stakeholder Management Skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
