**Head of Financial Planning - Region South Pacific**

North Ryde (Sydney area) (NSW), Australia | req9240

**What you will enjoy doing**
- In this role you will develop and implement commercial strategies according to RSP Goals and objectives with the aim to accelerate growth
- Performance management of cost drivers including budgeting, forecasting and performance insights is part of this role
- You will be the trusted advisor to the business, as well to lead and build the Annual Plan and reporting activities for Region South Pacific
- Further you will also lead the administration of commercial conditions and ensure that controls are in place via the implementation of tools and systems to maximize productivity and simplify processes
- Lead the Business Intelligence (BI) team to develop digitalization initiatives to improve decision-making and standardize monthly operating rhythm reports
- Build effective teams and continue to develop direct reports is required in this role
- You will work closely with APAC and Corporate FPA teams to provide analysis and explanations for changes between actuals and forecasts

**Additional information**
- You will be working as a key member of the FLT you will be responsible for guiding and developing the business on the RSP financial planning and reporting activities within the BU, Corporate FPA and APAC Corporate team
- Pivotal elements of the role involve RSP financial processes, forecasting and planning activities with a strong focus on the strategic development of BI and digitalization of reports
- The role is both strategic and hands-on
