**Your new role**

As the Supplier Relationship and Performance Specialist you will build relationships and ensure adequate performance of suppliers to mitigate risk and maximise value. Your responsibilities will include
- Provide commercial and supplier management support
- Manage and analyse supplier performance
- Provide guidance to stakeholders
- End-to-end management of contract variations
- Negotiate terms with suppliers
- Contribute to improvement of all processes

**What you'll need to succeed**
- 5+ years supplier performance/relationship management
- Knowledge of digital market trends
- Strong negotiation, sourcing and dispute resolution skills
- Effective stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and risk management skills

**What you'll get in return**
