**The opportunity**
Here at BUPA, we have an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Enablement specialist to join our procurement team. We are investing in a new Procure to Pay System, and you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of this system.
The Procurement Specialist role plays a pivotal role in supporting and uplifting Bupa’s Procure to Pay (P2P) processes and systems by onboarding suppliers and ensuring that purchasers have access to be able to buy what they need, when they need it, in the easiest possible way.
**_ This is a 12-month, fixed term position based in our Sydney or Melbourne office when you are not working from home. (Bupa offers hybrid working and you can work from the office and at home)_**
**How will I help?**
- Advocate and support the implementation of our P2P platform, Coupa
- Manage the lifecycle of onboarding suppliers, maintaining pricing and catalogues, and tracking compliance within the system
- Work with suppliers to meet deadlines and ensure successful transition to new P2P system
- Support and assist in any change management activities across the business to ensure internal stakeholders are aware of upcoming change
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimise purchasing through the use of catalogues, tailored forms or system enabled price lists and optimise invoicing through AP automation functionality Provide user support to Bupa’s purchasers and our suppliers
- Work with the commercial procurement team to gain better visibility and control over our spend through the system
- Continuously improve the platform, our processes and our service to Bupa’s purchasers

**What do I need?**
We are looking for someone who is customer focussed, organised and has strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to deal with a variety of stakeholders.
You will ideally have supplier enablement experience accompanied with a strong understanding of P2P processes.
