The purpose of the
**People Partner** is to enable the Practice Development Managers, and Practice Managers, to effectively manage, support and grow their people. This is a highly visible role that will work closely with the Head of People, People Partner Lead, People Partners, Talent Acquistion Team, and service delivery teams to provide seamless People services.

We’re looking for a proactive team player who can move beyond the transactional and bring a high level of energy, initiative, and passion to a fun, fast paced environment. This exciting opportunity holds no boundaries to the following:
- Strong experience and capability in managing multiple stakeholders and effectively partnering to influence decision-making
- Experience partnering with leaders to provide fit for purpose HR advice on the full employee lifecycle from performance review/management to employee engagement
- Experience in supporting a variety of HR disciplines including leadership capability, operational HR delivery, talent management, organisational effectiveness, employee engagement and retention etc.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end workplace relations case management
- Advise and support our dental practices, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements relating to employment and well being
- Demonstrated experience in case management including identifying and mitigating the risk of legal claims
- Build strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of best practice HR initiatives
- An interest in the health and dental industry would be advantageous
**You will associate strongly with the following experience and attributes as well**:
- Possess between 3 - 5 years’ experience in a HR advisory role
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role managing ER/IR issues across Australia is essential
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
- Understanding of current Australian Employment Laws
- Ability to gain trust and build relationships/rapport with key stakeholders
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptive to change
- Demonstrated ability to cope with multiple tasks
- Intelligent, switched on and confident personality
