An opportunity has become available for an experienced Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role will see you focus on managing the delivery of a strategic social media plan while providing an exceptional level of customer service.

Reporting to the National Air & Sea Commercial Managers, you will be responsible for managing detailed social media plans & reports, analysing data and insights, implement, monitor and optimise client media campaigns, and liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include
- Generate and organize sales lead through social media, provide status reports as requested;
- Experience in delivering content across all social media channels and the ability to provide high level analysis of the data collected;
- Appropriate knowledge to evaluate the long-term effectiveness of scheduled campaigns;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide high level of customer service;
