Established for over 50 years and operating nationally my family owned and operated client is renowned for delivering extremely high profile mixed-use and commercial developments.

They are the name behind a number of award-winning projects and pride themselves on their family values, culture and quality builds.

**Your new role**

Having recently gone through a growth phase my client is in need of an experienced Foreman for two large $100M + projects.

Reporting to the Site Manager and working closely with your General Foreman you will be responsible for overseeing all finishing trades ensuring their work is completed to the highest standard, to the given time frames and within the client's budget.

This will involve and not be limited to adhering to a strict construction program, writing accurate site diaries/forecasts, overseeing and coordinating all finishing trades and ensuring strict safety practices are adhered too.

**For you to be successful**
- Ideally be trade qualified as Carpenter
- Must have a proven track record in delivering projects in excess of $50M
- Having a diverse construction background is highly desirable
- Strong reporting and systems experience
- Must have excellent client facing skills
- Must have excellent understanding of the full cycle construction process
- Excellent knowledge of BCA and ITP requirements
- Excellent Leadership skills
