Get involved in the management and day-to-day operations of a highly regarded and award winning Interiors and Architecture studio.

Known widely in the industry as a top design house, this studio has developed a reputation for quality when it comes to the environments they produce. Behind the scenes, they require a methodical and flexible Studio Manager to coordinate and oversee operations within the team.

This broadly based role will see you get involved in:

- Organisation of Directors calendars, appointments and travel
- Management of company inbox and incoming inquiries
- Maintenance of internal processes and procedures
- Liaison with external Marketing, PR and ITC Consultants
- Maintenance of company branding and capability documents
- Coordination of marketing collateral, i.e. photoshoots, award submissions etc.
- Assisting in invoicing, petty cash and day-to-day office bookkeeping

Truly all-round in nature, this position will best suit an administrative professional who understands the inner workings of a creative or design agency.
- Experienced in office management and administration, with exposure to the design industry
- Detail oriented and adaptable
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, with knowledge of Union Square preferred
- A personable and concise communicator
