**WHO ARE WE LOOKING**: Head of Operations.

This role will work closely with our Co-Founders, taking over significant leadership responsibilities of the team and day-to-day operations whilst also having direct engagement with their clients.

**This is the perfect opportunity for**:

- An outstanding senior account manager or senior media buyer who feels ‘stuck’ in a big agency, who can’t wait to hit the ‘lift off’ trigger on their career in operations and business management
- A highly motivated operations manager or account director with relevant media buying experience in search of their next career breakthrough - a challenging opportunity that gives them control of the entire operations arm of a growing business
- An up-and-coming marketing genius with media buying and client facing experience that spends each day craving for more responsibility, wishing for the opportunity to be ‘seen’ and be given a role with no boundaries and unlimited opportunity for growth

**WHAT MUST YOU HAVE**:

- 5+ years’ work experience in online marketing or related fields
- At least 2 years in business management roles and/or leading teams in the online coaching / marketing agency / business consulting space
- A demonstrated previous client facing experience as an account manager or media buyer
- Direct media buying experience on Meta / TikTok platforms - You NEED to know the fundamentals of online paid advertising
