Our Events Team is seeking a highly motivated **Event Coordinator** on a **full-time contract.** This is an incredible opportunity to be at the heart of the action, coordinating the production of key race day activations and special events.

We are one of Australia's most prestigious Sports, Events and Property Development companies. As well as running elite horse racing at Caulfield, Sportsbet Sandown and Mornington Racecourses, we own 14 pub venues under the Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG).

**What will your responsibilities be?**
- Manage department administration and databases.
- Assist in the production and delivery of key events and activations.
- Contribute to the ideation of new events and experiences that support the events strategy.
- Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers.
- Manage the delivery of sponsor benefits.
- Support senior team members with the production of Major Events.

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an event management role within a fast-paced environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in Events, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with managing external event suppliers
