The Opportunity
We are seeking an Education Services Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and coordination support for Monash Business School's strategies, programs, and initiatives. In this role, you will plan and coordinate teaching and learning workshops, oversee assessment and results, support curriculum development and quality assurance, and assist with course guides and promotional materials.
You will also contribute to projects, events, and general administrative tasks to support the operational needs of the Student and Education Services Group, and will deliver timely advice and support to staff, students, and stakeholders.
As the successful candidate, you will have excellent administration and organisational skills, with the ability to develop and implement efficient operational processes. You will be highly skilled in prioritising tasks, managing time effectively, and meeting deadlines while maintaining a strong commitment to exceptional customer service. With a hands-on approach, you will demonstrate sound judgement, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with highly developed written and verbal communication abilities, will enable you to engage with diverse stakeholders and achieve positive outcomes in complex situations.
