Our group is expanding, and we are looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to manage our Passenger / Light Commercial Tyre & Mechanical Service Centre at Caroline Springs.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- A strong focus on increasing sales and store profitability by promoting approved products and delivering a high standard of customer service.
- People management with the ability to develop and lead a co-operative team
- Financial responsibility of the store including end of day/week/monthly reporting, banking and balancing of daily sales
- Stock management - managing purchasing and implementing procedures
- Oversee servicing and repair of all vehicle types, including logbook servicing, safety checks, brakes, front end and suspension work.
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and applicable legislation.
- A professional sales person with a genuine desire to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Mechanically minded and enjoy a hands-on role.
- Lead by example and enjoy helping others to achieve their goals.
- Have great time management skills and can organise others.
- Be a champion of safe work processes.
- Effective inventory control and stock take experience.
- The ability to understand P&L, budgeting and expense management
- Bring new ideas for promotions and events to grow sales.
- Available for flexible working hours based on business needs.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
