Job Title: Practice Manager for Head office of a rapidly expanding Dental Group

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative support for all of our locations, including handling queries, managing correspondence, and providing timely assistance.
- Coordinate and manage Dentists schedules and appointment books
- Assist in the development and implementation of office policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication between the head office and dental locations, ensuring smooth information flow and coordination of activities.
- Coordinate logistics and support for head office and inter-office meetings, training sessions, and special events.
- Prepare regular reports on administrative activities, challenges, and achievements for senior management review.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in dental or administration
- Strong understanding of dental office procedures and terminology.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and dental management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $40.00 - $45.33 per hour

Work Authorisation:
