We’re seeking an Experienced Senior Asset Management Systems Analyst to join our Asset Management Systems team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing asset management & maintenance systems that align with Aurizon’s asset strategy and business objectives. You’ll ensure that these systems maintain data integrity, quality, security, and accessibility to support effective asset maintenance and operational success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Systems Management & Analysis**: Develop and manage Asset Management & Maintenance Management Systems, ensuring optimal system, data, and work process configuration.
- **Systems Process, Strategy & Governance**: Create and oversee asset data strategy, governance frameworks, and processes to ensure regulatory compliance, data security, quality, and accuracy.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to align key systems with business strategy and enhance end-user functionality.
- **Access Management**: Manage and administer access authorities and policies for Asset Management & Maintenance Management Systems.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Collaborate with key stakeholders to align asset management & maintenance system processes with enterprise governance standards.
- **Data Transition**: Ensure the accurate and compliant transition of approved asset & maintenance master data across systems and projects.
- **System Testing, Training & Support**: Design, coordinate, and deliver on-the-job training to support system adoption and user proficiency.

**About you**:
You’re a systems expert with a passion for asset management, data integrity, and continuous improvement. You enjoy problem-solving and translating business needs into practical system solutions. With a strong technical background in Maintenance Management Systems (SAP or similar), you have a deep understanding of how these systems drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Your day-to-day will see you diving into system configurations, ensuring data accuracy, and troubleshooting issues to optimise asset management processes. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders, from frontline maintenance teams to senior leaders, ensuring that systems are aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
