**Job Overview**

As a Showroom Consultant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the presentation and functionality of our showroom. You will be responsible for upholding the showroom's appearance, creating a welcoming and tidy environment for our clients. Your role will also involve handling general administrative duties to support daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the showroom.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure all displays are organised and visually appealing, reflecting the latest collections and promotions.
- Greet clients as they enter the showroom and provide them with personalized assistance based on their preferences and needs.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including features, materials, and care instructions.
- Ensure the showroom is kept clean, organized, and free of clutter at all times.
- Regularly inspect the showroom for any maintenance issues and report them promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, and inventory levels using our internal systems.
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments of merchandise, including unpacking, tagging, and storing items as directed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the footwear or fashion industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $52,425.17 - $65,189.98 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
