**About You**:
You're a natural when it comes to delivering exceptional customer service, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. With your pleasant phone manner and solid PC skills, you're always ready to assist both clients and colleagues. You can juggle multiple tasks with ease, prioritise effectively, and stay organised, even under pressure. Experience in design, and/or experience working in a tiles showroom will be highly regarded.

Your keen attention to detail ensures everything is done efficiently and accurately, and you're always willing to learn, including mastering product knowledge and color palettes. Being proactive is second nature to you, and you're not afraid to take the initiative when needed.

**What You'll Do**:

- Welcome and assist showroom visitors, ensuring they have a great experience
- Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service
- Support the sales team with various tasks
- Organise and manage product samples for customers
- Maintain and update the customer database
- Handle general office administration tasks
- Ensure the showroom is always clean and well-presented
- Assist with banking and invoicing tasks
