Pricing Operations Analyst

**Key Responsibilities include but not limit to**:

- Full time, permanent role reporting to the Head of Commercial
- Maintain and update the price list and associated guidelines in Salesforce and other relevant systems
- Build and maintain revenue / product / pricing model
- Assist in identifying trends and insights in relationships between price change, product mix adjustment and revenue generation
- Liaise with key stakeholders including but not limiting to sales operations, partner operations, and finance operations
- Support Head of Commercial manage and respond to any ad hoc pricing related enquiries or requests from within the Business
- Provide analytical and reporting support to the Head of Commercial as required

**Qualifications & Experience**:
To be considered for this position, you must hold tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline

To thrive in this role, you'll possess highly developed analytical skills, and have a thorough understanding of Excel and Power BI. Your expert commercial acumen and your demonstrated experience in a Commercial or Financial role will be critical to your continued success in the position.

**Essential experience and qualifications**:

- 2 years minimum experience in a similar position
- Experience in using CRMs (ideally SalesForce)
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
- Experience in Analytical Tools (Power BI or equivalent) and database management is highly desirable
- Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to interpret business needs and clearly articulate the problem statement and required solution
- An eye for continuous improvement to increase process efficiencies and improvements, including scoping documents for system development
- Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships with wider business stakeholders
