**About the role**

As a Talent Brand Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in promoting V/Line’s employer brand through traditional and digital marketing methods. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Brand and Social Inclusion, you will create and manage content for campaigns that highlight our employees’ experiences, culture, benefits, values, and employer value propositions.

Key Accountabilities:

- ** Campaign Execution**:Coordinate end-to-end talent attraction campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and brand alignment.
- ** Content Creation**: Develop compelling content for various campaigns, including written content, videos, and imagery.
- ** Stakeholder Collaboration**: Build and maintain relationships with HR, Internal Communications, leadership teams, and external stakeholders.
- ** Performance Monitoring**:Monitor and report on the success of advertisements against strategic hiring KPIs.

**About you**

You are a creative and strategic professional with a background in social media, marketing, digital, or communications within a Human Resources or Talent environment. Your knowledge of talent branding and employee communication practices enables you to effectively promote a company’s culture and values to attract top talent.

You possess strong digital literacy, comfortably navigating recruitment tools and platforms. Your analytical skills allow you to make data-driven decisions to optimise sourcing strategies and inform decisions based on performance metrics. You are experienced with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management.
