Direct Marketing Specialist required for a 6 month fixed-term-contract working for a well-known WA bank.
An exciting new opportunity has become available for a digital marketing specialist

Your new company:
You will be working for a customer-owned bank proudly based in WA. As a customer-owned bank, our client has no third-party shareholders, so they reinvest their profits back into the business for the benefit of all those who choose to bank with them.

Your new role:
This role will be key to the fulfilment of deepening member value and relationships by delivering integrated direct marketing campaigns to the relevant segments with an integrated multi-channel approach. You will be working with a supportive team and reporting to the Manager Brand and Marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Development of campaign material
- Content development
- Compliance/legal sign off
- Execution of campaigns across different channels
- Campaign reporting
- Mapping the banks member journey end-to-end
- Member communications and front-line engagement
- Work closely with the Digital and Retail teams for direct campaign experiences
- Liaise with external third parties for key direct fulfilment channels including but not limited to mail houses and advertising agencies

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of marketing experience with demonstrated experience in direct marketing execution
- Bachelor degree in marketing/commerce
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to create comprehensive direct marketing campaigns with an integrated-cross channel approach
- Strong understanding of using analytics to test, provide insight, reporting creation and create direct marketing programs to achieve optimal results
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to different technologies for marketing analytics and execution purposes
- Strong influencing, consultative, interpersonal and communication skills to engage and facilitate change with key internal stakeholders
- Strong excel/database management skills
