**ICT Support Engineer**

We’re seeking a driven and innovative, ICT Support Engineer to provide technical support to internal and external customers on BCD Travel Technology Infrastructure. You’ll support in the implementation of enterprise IT systems that back our business operations to improve service, quality, and cost effectiveness.

You’ll assist with ICT daily operations like on-boarding, shift plans, escalations, software and hardware maintenance. We want your innovation and ideas to develop the way we do IT, researching and providing facts and figures to assist in executing business plans and roadmaps and communicating resolutions to Management in Australia and Singapore.

Report IT risks as defined in the risk management process and ensure Corporate Security Policies are incorporated into IT Operations and systems are built with security standards at the forefront.

**What you’ll need**

You’ll need 2-3 years experience within an IT support role demonstrating proficiency in ITIL methodology, PCI/DSS, installing and configuring infrastructure such as servers, network switches and telephony. Experience in call centre environments will be very highly regarded.

We can work anywhere, so an ability to work independently, within a virtual team and aptitude to travel within Australia is a big tick. Your customers are your priority, so service experience coupled with excellent communication skills is going to set you up for success
