**About the Role**:
We are seeking a savvy Marketing Assistant to contribute to the success of the Lee, Wrangler, and Riders brands. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for an individual with at least 1 year of experience in a related industry such as fashion, beauty, retail, or youth marketing. As a passionate and organised Assistant, you will work closely with the marketing team to coordinate various activities, samples and photoshoots, providing valuable support to ensure their smooth execution. Your responsibilities will include:
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and assisting with the implementation of multi-channel marketing communication strategies for the Lee, Riders, and Wrangler brands. Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Sample Management**:Manage and track marketing samples throughout the seaons including shoot requests, PR send outs, gifting and end of season movements.

Photo Shoot Production: Support the coordination of product guide and ecommerce photo shoots, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality imagery.

E-commerce**: Assist in ensuring accurate and timely loading of product information and images for e-commerce platforms alongside our digital team including, creative product despcritions.

**Social Media**:Assist Marketing Coordinators in managing social media channels, including community management, managing promotional stock levels for gifting and executing content in line with comms schedule.

Events & Brand Activations: Support the Marketing Coordinators in execution of brand events, conferences, and retail training events.

Wholesale Trade Tools & Assets: Collaborate with the sales team to produce and deliver sales tools, including brand books, training videos, ecomm imagery, catalogues, POS materials, and promotional items for wholesale partners.

Administration: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team and assist with other key projects as needed.
