**Company Overview**:
David Fastrack Management Pty Ltd is a brand management firm that focuses on assisting catering businesses with their expansion through chains and franchises, as well as overseeing their operational management throughout Australia. At present, we operate stores over 10 locations nationwide, managing iconic brands like David Hot Pot, David Master Pot and Rong Sichuan Cuisine, with plans to expand to 50 locations, while seeking opportunities to enhance the visibility and growth of both emerging and established brands.

**Key tasks and responsibilities include**:

- Brand Promotion: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance the visibility and reputation of flagship brands, including David Hot Pot, David Master Pot, Rong Sichuan Cuisine, etc.
- Market Strategy Development: Design and implement effective market strategies that align with business objectives and drive customer engagement.
- Content Creation and Management: Produce and manage content for promotional activities across social media and local media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Campaign Execution and Evaluation: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive branding and smooth execution of promotional initiatives across all locations

**Skills & Experience required**:

- Minimum bachelor degree with 3 years’ experience OR equivalent.
- Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data to identify trends, assess campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with restaurants under the group, team members and other business partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $74,000.00 per year
