**POSITION OVERVIEW**

DoubleVerify seeks a talented and resourceful **Team Lead**to head up** Programmatic Account Management** for the **Scibids AI** business in Australia. This unique individual's primary responsibility will be to work with Scibids' Account Managers to help our clients (particularly agency trading teams) to leverage the Scibids AI for the improvement of their campaigns and thereby to actively drive the adoption rate of the AI by our customers. This person will combine strong problem solving and teaching skills, analytical rigor and interpersonal skills for client servicing.

We are looking for a team player that has excellent Programmatic experience across a variety of DSPs, someone who takes initiative, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and the curiosity to dig deep into the technology to create solutions for our clients. The Team Lead must be experienced in managing a highly technical Account Management team to ensure operational delivery for our clients.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Understand and effectively communicate Scibids AI value proposition, technology, processes, partnerships as relate to business growth
- Become an expert in Scibids AI product philosophy, product capability and be able to work with the internal teams across the world to bring the AI technology to bear for our customers
- Complete accountability for delivering best in class Account Management for all clients in Australia, and other geographies as might occasionally be needed
- Managing a team of Account Managers in Australia
- Guiding the team to ensure seamless** Onboarding**of**new customers
- **Manage** client campaigns, by setting up the AI to optimize towards the goals
- Advising clients and traders to setup scientific A/B tests to evaluate the impact of Scibids AI
- **Lead Pilot review sessions**, building the performance case using data, and proving the ROI of Scibids with a presentation to all needed stakeholders
- Partner with the client's trading teams to deliver always ROI positive results
- Lead training sessions & improve the skills of customers
- Enhance the FAQ section of the product with best practices generated from the unique customer situations you encounter
- Proactively brainstorm with the senior stakeholders at the client, to design custom-solutions that will serve their needs in the coming 2 - 3 years, to truly differentiate themselves from the rest of their peers
- Develop and expand agency partnerships with rigorous and detailed attention to client needs, development of case studies for purpose of heralding agency-client wins and for up-selling within agency

This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities. As part of a global team, you may be required to be available for calls with other offices (AMs in different regions, Solution Consultants, Product and Engineering teams based in Paris, etc) whenever you have a client requirement that needs deep coordination. **REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be comfortable communicating internally and externally in English, with excellent written language
- Strong experience in DSP campaign management and tracking technologies
- Knowledge of Meta Ads will be a welcome addition
- Excellent understanding of agency dynamics, how they structure trading teams, how operations are managed and how/what campaign buying and planning entails
- Must show accountability/ownership through every stage of the client relationship
- Highly diligent, numerical and not afraid to wade into the numbers in order to make the data tell a story
- Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze and articulate data into a sales proposition a plus
- Bachelors degree at a minimum
- 6 - 8 years' experience in campaign management and/or digital media operations
