**About the role**:
We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Facilities Manager to join our team on the prestigious Charter Hall account in Brisbane. If you love variety, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly — this could be your next great move.

**A day in your life**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of building services and facilities
- Manage trusted service providers across mechanical, electrical, fire safety, BMCS, condenser water, and hydraulic systems
- Keep a close eye on budgets and operating costs, always seeking improvements in efficiency and sustainability
- Coordinate minor works, tenancy fit outs, and building improvements
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and operational excellence
- Build strong relationships with tenants, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care
- Communicate clearly and consistently with all stakeholders

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Experience as a Facilities Manager or Operations professional with a solid understanding of commercial building systems
- A background in Mechanical or Electrical trades, or project management experience within the commercial property sector
- Strong contract management and commercial acumen
- Great time management and organisational skills — you know how to prioritise and deliver
- A friendly, professional approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
