**About the Opportunity**
We are seeking a motivated person to join our Production team. Based at our Geelong Head Office and reporting to the General Manager, this is a perfect opportunity for an office or admin superstar who needs flexibility to cater for family life.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting internal and external customers with scheduling requirements and priorities and maintaining great relationships with our existing prepaid and account customers.
- Building new relationships with potential customers.
- Liaison with internal departments - accounts, planning and despatch - regarding areas within your responsibilities.
- Scheduling production in our window and door, glass and powder coat factories in line with predetermined procedures and protocols.
Extensive training will be given in the use of our computer programs, V6 and Filemaker and Glass software.
However, prior experience with these or any scheduling programs would be an advantage.

Previous administration or scheduling experience and/or having worked in a similar role within the building/manufacturing industry would be highly regarded.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
