**About You**:
The essential Skills and Qualifications you need:

- Tertiary qualifications in an HSE discipline
- Demonstrated results in improving safety culture and HSE results
- Broad understanding and working knowledge of WHS and Workers’ Compensation legislation NSW/ACT and Qld
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a large, diverse and multi-site organisation
- Strong ability to consult and deliver results
- Able to influence at a local and regional level Experience in the development of risk assessments and associated consultation

**Your new role**:
In this newly created role, you will report to the Regional HSE Manager and work together to drive safety culture across the region. This is a hands-on role and you will need to be visible across multiple locations. You will conduct training, provide coaching and advice to build capability. The work is diverse and you will gain exposure to a wide variety of risks and operating environments.

You will be accountable for:

- Implementing HSE Strategy, Plan & Initiatives in line with assigned timeframes
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including line managers, team members, HSRs, Committees, and other HSE team members
- Utilising strong facilitation, coaching and influencing skills to achieve desired HSE outcomes; Acting as internal advisor; promoting and coaching with respect to HSE policy implementation, risk management, injury and claims management
