Hays is currently partnered with a Central Geelong Client who is seeking a Guest Services Agent for their elegant accommodation Hotel in a permanent ongoing capacity to commence asap.

**Your new role**

You will work full time hours as a Guest Service Agent, assisting in the day to day front office operations delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities may include:

- Assisting in the Front Office daily operations
- Assisting with guest arrivals and departures, following set check-in / check-out procedures
- Achieving guest satisfaction targets and exhibiting excellent customer service

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed, you will need:

- Experience in a front office (guest / customer facing) position
- Self-motivated and a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
- Knowledge of Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Guest Services ideal
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with all hotel departments
- Excellent time management skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation
- The ability to act without prior authority in all matters concerning the safety, security and well-being of all hotel guests, patrons, and staff in the absence of Hotel management
- A desire to work independently and as part of a team environment
- Excellent computer system skills
- Experience with RMS Online is desired, but not essential.

This role offers you an ongoing permanent position and full time hours with an immediate start. This role offers you the opportunity to work with industry professionals, a close-knit team at a well established property in Central Geelong and an annual salary of $56,500 + superannuation.
