Job Description

We're seeking a friendly and professional Guest Service Agent to join our front office team at Oaks R Suites Geelong. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

What you'll do:

  • Welcome guests and assist with check-in, check-out, and enquiries
  • Handle reservations, payments, and guest accounts efficiently
  • Provide accurate local knowledge and recommendations to enhance guest stays
  • Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service at all times
Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems on the spot
  • Professional presentation and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
