**Role**: Data Entry / Accounts Officer

**Location**: Somerton, MELBOURNE

Expected Hours of Work: MON- 8:00AM - 4:30PM

TUES, WED, THURS & FRI - 8:00AM - 4:00PM FINISH.

**Duties Include**
- Processing supplier invoices for payment
- Preparing and issuing invoices to caravan dealers
- Managing Credit terms with suppliers
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Reporting superannuation
- Preparing Financial reports

**About you**:

- Proven experience in an account management role within similar industries.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Efficient in using Microsoft office such as Excel, word etc
