The Opportunity
The Warranty Claims Assessor is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and processing of warranty claims, ensuring efficient office operations and the delivery of exceptional customer service within the Warranty Services team at Snowy River Caravans.
Key areas of focus include managing warranty claims from lodgment through to completion, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless experience for dealers, customers, suppliers, and repairers. This role plays a critical part in supporting the after-sales experience by ensuring timely resolution of warranty claims while upholding the company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
- Customer Relationship Coordination including liaising with dealers, suppliers & repairers
- Keeping detailed records including the coordination evidence to support claims
- Daily communication with stakeholders
- Completing detailed customer/dealer claim forms
- Data Entry and phone support
What we are looking for...
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor / Warranty Claims / Repairs role
- Ability to take action and seeing through to completion
- A zest for helping others
- A person that loves problem solving
- Someone who can prioritise and meet deadlines
- A forward thinker and attention to detail
- All round excellent communicator both verbal and written
