About the opportunity:

We are now looking for a Warehouse Store Person to join our team in Somerton Victoria due to a team member promotion.

In this role you will be a key part of the team, responsible material stores and finished goods, be the last point of contact of our products before our customers receive them.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure safe and efficient handling of finished goods and raw material (With or without a forklift)
  • Receive and process Raw materials and control stock
  • Review Daily list Report to prioritise collection, packing and deliveries and prepare consignment notices
  • Manage pick lists accurately for deliveries stock entries and control
  • Input data into scanning devices for electronic despatching, transferring, and stocktaking
  • Service internal stock movements, stocktakes, inventory controls and maintain general housekeeping of the warehouse
  • Safety and security of the warehouse and materials

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Hold a valid forklift license and current driver's license, bonus points for Order picking experience
  • Experience working in Store or warehousing environment attached to a manufacturing facility
  • Experience using Prism is advantageous, but at the very least must be able to use computers and able to enter data
  • Clear communication skills and comprehension of written instructions and notes
  • Able to work autonomously
  • To have high attention to detail and proud of your work standard – quality focus
