**About the Role**:
As our **Customer Experience Coordinator**, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and provide administrative support to our team.

Ensuring a positive first impression, in this permanent full-time position you will demonstrate your customer service and interpersonal skills with our customers and educate the local business community on the benefits of disability employment through direct promotion, business development and event coordination.

You will utilise your highly developed administration and organisational skills by ensuring the office runs smoothly and manage the coordination of day-to-day activities of our field based staff.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed administrative and organisational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and able to adapt style to suit audience
- Ability to prioritise workload, use initiative and multi-task
- Solid problem solving skills and initiative
- A self-motivated, enthusiastic and reliable work style
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team
- High level of computer literacy
- Current and valid Driver’s Licence and Blue Card (Working with Children Check) prior to commencement
- To ensure the health and wellbeing of our staff and customers, Community Solutions Group requires all authorised workers as defined under the VIC Public Health Order to provide evidence of full vaccination against COVID-19.
